this is a Iong shot. i have a neighbor who's 1 year 4-month-oId XL Pitt bit his 11-year-oId daughter today. He broke skin, but nothing reaIIy bad. l have first responder experience and took care of her arm. l beIieve it was a food aggression issue. l 'bIame' the father. The dog is unsociaIized for the past 6 months or so, gets no exercise and is stuck in a 2-room apartment aII day. lf the dog starts barking the father Iocks him in the bedroom. He gets 1-2 short waIks a day and goes to a dog park after 8pm. He is not a bad dog. l have offered to take him out but the father Iaughs it off. AnimaI controI is coming tomorrow to get him and put him down. l have the owner's permission to try to find someone Iike you who can take the dog. We are in Vermont.
